ProGen is a leading specialist provider of condition assessment and the management of extraordinary maintenance activities for geothermal plant.  The company has worked on geothermal plant in SE Asia and Australasia for 22 years.  During this period ProGen has successfully managed around 100 unit overhauls.  The business model adopted is to provide a small team of experts who manage contractors and/or staff assigned to overhauls.  ProGen also specialises in plant performance enhancements and reliability improvements.
